If you see spam, network attacks, phishing, malware or other misuse coming from our IP addresses, tell us. We take every report seriously.
How to report
Email abuse@techlexity.net. Please include:
- The source IP address(es) and the exact date and time with time zone
- A description of the activity
- Logs, email headers or other evidence in plain text
- Your contact details if you want a reply
Automated reports in ARF or X-ARF format are welcome.
What happens next
We acknowledge your report automatically or within 24 hours.
Our NOC reviews the evidence and identifies the customer responsible for the address.
We contact the customer and require them to stop the activity. In serious or repeated cases, we suspend the service.
We reply to you when the case is resolved, where privacy rules allow.

- For urgent network-wide issues (for example an ongoing attack), also email noc@techlexity.net.
- Law enforcement requests: please send them to abuse@techlexity.net from an official address.
