Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy describes what is and is not allowed on the Techlexity Network. It applies to all customers and their users.

Prohibited activities

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Network attacks, including denial-of-service, port scanning of third parties and intrusion attempts
• Phishing, malware distribution and fraud
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Distributing illegal content
• Forging packet headers, email headers or IP addresses
• Reselling or sub-letting the service without written agreement

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for all traffic from their connection and for securing their equipment and networks.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate service for violations, with or without notice depending on severity.
