Who we are

Techlexity Network is a product line of Techlexity. We provide business internet and network services to companies. For privacy questions, contact noc@techlexity.net.

What we collect

• Contact and contract data: names, business email addresses, phone numbers, company and billing details you give us when you ask for a quote or sign a contract.
• Technical data needed to provide the service, such as the IP addresses assigned to your connection and logs from our network equipment used for support and troubleshooting.
• Messages you send us, including support requests and abuse reports.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Legal basis

We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in operating and securing our network. Where the GDPR or the laws of Ukraine apply, we process personal data in line with them.

Retention

We keep contract and billing records for as long as the law requires. Technical logs are kept only as long as they are needed for support, security and troubleshooting. Quote requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted when we no longer need them.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to or restrict certain processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection regulator.
