Limits and fair terms.
- Dedicated plans are uncontended, with no data caps.
- Minimum term is 12 months. Month-to-month contracts cost 20% more.
- Installation takes 5 to 15 business days after the site survey.
- SLA credits: 5% of the monthly fee per hour of downtime beyond the target, up to 50%.
- Static IPs are for the customer's own business use. Reassignment or resale is not allowed.
- Use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.

How long does installation take?
Typically 5 to 15 business days after the site survey, depending on the building.
Is the bandwidth really dedicated?
Yes. Dedicated plans are not shared with other customers and are delivered at the ordered speed, symmetric upload and download, with no data caps.
Can I keep my IP addresses if I move offices?
In most cases, yes, if you stay within our coverage area.
What is included in the SLA?
An availability target (99.5%, 99.9% or 99.95% depending on the plan), response and repair times, and service credits of 5% of the monthly fee per hour of downtime beyond the target, up to 50%. Full terms are part of your contract.
